Refund policy

At Auntie NeeNee’s Sauces, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each bottle of our handcrafted Caribbean goodness is made with love and care — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and perishable items), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

2. Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please reach out — we’ll gladly send a replacement once verified.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your package arrives damaged or with the wrong items, please email us at auntieneeneesauces@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review and respond within 48 hours to resolve the matter quickly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that gift cards, sale items, or products purchased through third-party vendors are non-refundable.
